Allrem Sports and Entertainment and BKFC
Allrem Sports and Entertainment (ASE) is the Group’s creative engine for ventures in the world of sports and live entertainment. Most notably, ASE is driving the expansion of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) from the US into the Canadian market, introducing a new era of combat sports to audiences nationwide.
As the fastest-growing combat sports promotion in the world, BKFC represents a strategic move to bridge high-energy entertainment with passionate sports communities across Canada. This expansion aligns with the Group’s broader strategy: to invest in ventures that create powerful emotional connections and community impact.
Edgewood Renewables LLC
One of the Group’s most forward-looking investments is Edgewood Renewables LLC, part of an Allrem-led investment initiative that acquired the assets of Ryze Renewables.
Edgewood is redeveloping and completing a renewable fuel production facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada, with an adjacent product terminal. With an estimated $200 million investment, the facility will produce up to 9,000 barrels per day of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) using inedible agricultural oils and animal fats—materials that would otherwise go to waste.
At full operation, the facility will reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 987,000,000 kilograms annually—the equivalent of removing over 215,000 cars from the road—marking a major step toward cleaner energy solutions.

Established to address the increasing need for sustainable waste management solutions, Evirum is now a leading provider of innovative recycling and waste contracting services.
